Swedish guy trying to speak Lithuanian - Language challenge 

im from Lithuania and i love to heard how people trying to talk in my language :D great job! well video ;D

So when every time i sneeze i'm are actually saying thank you in Lithuania! cool!

Ahah Lithuanian looks so difficult, so many different sounds ! But it sounds very beautiful as well. Would be a great challenge to learn it

Native Lithuanian here. Lithuanian is a difficult language with a complex phonology and quite long words. That's why it's quite easy for us to pronounce other simpler languages correctly. English, Swedish, Norwegian, Italian, Spanish, basically all western/northern european languages are simpler. We find it difficult to pronounce Finnish, Estonian, Hungarian, Turkish languages, but they're from a different language group and very different in structure. Slavic languages have complex grammar but are related to baltic languages, so they're not too difficult to learn and to pronounce.

How do you find people to do these videos with? I kinda figured that you just zeroed in on tourists, but now there has been too many instances of them speaking our little language for that to be true, I think. :P

Är själv litauisk fast bor i sverige :-) (har egentligen bott i sverige hela livet fast mina föräldrar å samt släkt e från litauen osv) vilket det betyder att jag kan båda språken :) mitt första språk var litauiska och sen svenska, föresten så var du inte så dålig, jag känner i alla fall vissa som pratar sämre :D

I always try to say both the Swedish and whatever other language. This was one of the easier ones, surprisingly.

we can one really big pros because it is easy to us speak in different languages without akcent because in our language is so many difficult letters so other languages can't be that difficult 😂

I hate to be 'that guy', but the Lithuanian gal got it wrong with the first phrase. Swedish guy asked for a translation of "I studied languages", whereas she translated the phrase "I study languages". So she should have said "Aš studijavau kalbas", not "Aš studijuoju kalbas". I'm sure she just misheard (or her English is lacking), but my point here is that very small things in a language can make a huge difference. One that a non-native speaker might miss :)
