1997. One of my favorite years. Best summer ever! I had just graduated college. It was before all the real insanity started. Then we had the Clinton-Lewinsky nonsense and impeachment, then the 2000 election disaster, then 9/11, then two huge wars, then all the mass shootings and random terror attacks, then the financial meltdown, then the pandemic. I wanna go back to 1997. Best of times!
Ahhh the 90s, around this time I had just gotten my bargain bin $2 Metal Mech NES game and played it until my heart's content, or at least until my heart just sank 🤔
I was 99% sure Bill wouldn't agree with the lady getting that much money, is she was just a housewife or didn't do nearly as much work as the guy, why should she get half of his earnings?
if the partner was there from the beginning and aided in your being able to make the money, they deserve a fair payout, male or female. maybe not half, because she didn't do the work but he wouldn't have earned if not for her, i'm all for (at least) 25%.
