My sister died in November of a Fentynal overdose. I'm so glad that Sheriff Judd is taking this seriously and takes the time to help the public understand the dangers of this drug, and how it comes into this country. Whenever I see a new video of his drops I immediately have to watch it. I learned so much about what’s going on near me. I live in Marion county and I wished our sheriff would do this to educate the people what’s going on on our county. Hospitals are giving fentanyl during general anesthesia. My daughter ended up on 10 L of oxygen because she was having a Dental procedure. And I told them she could not have narcotics, but they gave this anyway. She got 'flash pulmonary edema'. Thank the Lord she survived

Thank you sheriff Judd! I recently had two of my friends in the same town in SC that lost their sons within four months of each other. Both in their early 30’s that were found dead. One Died on the porch after work and had smoked marijuana laced with fentanyl., the other in his bed- same, marijuana laced with Fentanyl. Think it’s time to Build that damn wall yet??!

all law enforcement should be like this sheriff because he is trying to truly protect his community but he has the support up the line also and I believe more departments would also do the same if the chain above them supported them like the sheriff's upline are doing but we across this country need to start holding the chain of law enforcement to task or go away.

It's true. I worked a methadone clinic in Polk County and now in Pinellas. People are testing positive for fentanyl when they thought it was heroin (pure heroin is almost nonexistent on the street). Some people want the fentanyl because the high IS stronger with more of a "rush" but it doesn't last as long. Some people, thinking they were going to have "recreational" cocaine, have died because it was laced with fentanyl. Finally, these pills are all mixed up, fentanyl+methamphetamines+cocaine, etc, our patients are testing positive for all of these at times. The cannabis laced with fentanyl exists but isn't that common, and most cannabis users don't really want that. I figure that dealers want return customers and opiate ingredients lead to that through quick, physical addiction.
