I used to think as a kid that EVM is simply a machine where you cast votes and they are electronically stored in the machine and then the data is then sent to the bigger database at ECI Headquarters. But it's not as simple as it looks. Election matters have to be dealt with seriously and a lot of procedures have to be carried out for its security. With electronic voting technology growing, and so is the chance of rigging. Things have become complicated. The world has come a long way since the days of paper ballot voting.
this video is confusing as the green paper seal in two parts is shown differently placed. at first it was placed in such a way that seal nos are on the top and later seal numbers are at the bottom....plz make it clear which way is right
