Such courage and grace Mike and Rosemary. You articulate a painful, personal issue with such poise and strength. Polly holds a special place in so many hearts. Thankyou for sharing her, and her story, with us.

I met polly through roller Derby when it was just starting up in dunedin she was a wonderful creative person I was so sad to hear of her passing she was so full of life and so much fun. She wouldn't want anyone to feel sad thankyou for sharing this docu kia kaha, arohanui Christie aka lola deathrollher

I think we should have educated the old people in NZ more (the ones who voted against ending the war) - drug laws are not only racist but also when places legalize cannabis (even Medical cannabis), rape is one of several crime statistics that goes down. Alcohol is such a harmful drug for many people yet we have no legal alternatives. In NZ, we treat the mentally ill and physically disabled poorly (kept in poverty), unless you are reckless and become disabled - then your helped. NZ is such a nasty country in many ways.

This is so sad, I have known Polly through social media Facebook and Instagram for about 10 years from a common intrest of H. R. Giger, I had no Idea she had such a dark past. dispite Polly being a random stranger on social media we had many chats like her coming to Bath in the uk and missing stonehenge. she was a odd and strange girl but in a good and funny way, I guess a Polly way. so sad that she lost her life and her random bat shit crazy posts are missed.
