I LOVE her animated, humorous delivery! Very organic. I prefer her organic approach but when it’s important to be more exact I use the Taylor brand kitchen scale that measures in hundredths of a gram.

I put a strip of pretty duct tape on the top of my blade. Nail polish works, too. If you tend to grab without working, this works to avoid the Dr. Such a waste of crafting time.
