a further explanation of how the sorbitol excess will create reactive oxygen species will help answer the question why retinopathy, nephropathy, and neuropathy occurs :)

I would disagree when 11% of the population is already diabetic and nearly 50% of American population already have a degree of metabolic syndrome obesity, insulin resistance, pre diabetes, high blood pressure or fatty liver disease. Your comment is useless.
