Nice video! I’m in the market for a G8 but also wouldn’t drop that much for the GXP. I would hate driving knowing I want the LS2 tho. Haven’t been a competitive autocross driver since 2010 and would just go out for fun in the G8.
Thanks!! I'm still getting the hang of the RU-vid and whatnot... Personally, If I had GXP money, I would just get an SS. I know a few people with them and they are the cat's pajamas. Brembos, Recaros, 6 speed, and GXP power = good times. I went to the G8 from an 07 Miata. The Miata was very fun, but on the first event with the G8, I was really impressed with how well balanced it was - even compared to the Miata. Granted, it's 4k pounds and it was on garbage tires, but it was a sweetheart of a car to drive. It's even better now, after the mods.
