@@vce.john1734 its actual pretty easy il be importing my 4 utes, youse call it a (truck) to the us soon and all you need to do is buy one here ship it over and go to where you get your car registered and they will walk you through it 😁👍🏼 think you have to do a lhd conversion but that should be an issue

Because most new motor have more then one cam if you hear a coyote sound like this it's only from a tune they had because there 4 fucking came in them

​@John Mcnorton totally false info. Coyotes don't chop because they have vct. It has nothing to do with having 4 cams. If you lock out vct you can have a chop without having a "cam tune" and the older 4v mod motors like the 96-04 cobras and 03-04 Mach 1 and 07-14 gt500 with the 5.4/5.8 4v mod motor all have 4 cams and they all chop if you install aftermarket cams. You know why? Because they don't have vct like coyotes. People really need to learn what they're talking about before trying to give out info on the internet. This is how false info gets spread around if someone who don't know what they're talking about sees your comment they will repeat the same false info.

Being cammed has never been "lost" I'm not sure what you're trying to say here. Coyote based engines are the only modern v8s that don't chop with cams installed unless you 1. Have vct locked 2. Have a cam lope tune Otherwise modern cars chop when they're cammed.

@@midnight347 I don't know how old you are, or what your experience with cars is, but from the 90s onward into the mid 2010s modern cars were not getting cam jobs, mostly because of money, and I'd say a lack of modern V8 compatible parts and accessories. You would see some classics, and race cars, but that's about it. It's becoming a lot more common place now though.

@@AndrewPruteanu mine is a GT, but it's nicer than most SS or GXPs out there since they do little mods here and there. I'm about 50k deep into mods/improvements, and yes I'm an idiot but I did it for fun. 6.2 swapped anyways, just get a GT and mod it to your liking as you go. There's not much technology you're missing out on vs a SS if you get a nice aftermarket radio or holden radio. If you can afford a SS grab it but if not a GT is good. Even seen a few manual swapped ones in the community, parts can be found for that so it's not uncommon to see. For reference, I've seen a manual swapped G8 GT go for $15k but it's not super common.

It’s actually a L98 6.0L V8 so it’s not an LS engine

My dreams cars in order would be 70 GTO, 64 GTO, and a G8 like this one. Currently on the hunt for a G8, I've only seen one for sale in my city and after seeing the car and speaking to the owner. It really seems like he didn't want to sell it, as he wouldn't even name a price or entertain a conversation about negotiation. I think it was more to see if there would be interest if one day he did decide to sell it.

Mine is a 6.2L with a "stage 3" cam as well. It gets 10mpg if driven moderately "normal" Lol

​@Under holy shit I have a 750 rwhp 2650 tvs swapped 07 gt500 and I average 12-14 mpg usually depending on how much highway I throw in or whatever. I'm always ripping it around having fun and I don't drive with good mpg on my mind either. That really sucks to be that low on what I assume is an na setup. Is it on e85 or something? I'm on 93/boostane (100 octane). I have a stock long block and headers (long tubes going on soon)
