Pool Drill | "THE RACK" - Maximum Center Table Speed Control 

In this video I will walk you through a great drill created by Johan Ruysink.
It's called "The Rack". There's 3 different versions, where the rack will move up higher and higher to make the shots longer and increasingly more difficult.
Version 1 is the most important, where you can continue your run and improve your:
- Cue ball speed
- Pattern play
- Draw stroke
- Tip position
- Focus
