Pool Lessons | #Stun Run-Through | #HowTo | BREAK DOWN THE FACTORS is the first of three videos tackling the #stun #Run-through shot.
In this video I break down the shot to its three most important factors. It's a dynamic shot that isn't just as simple as hitting middle on the cue ball. You need to adjust as the factors change on the table. If this is what you're looking for then you're in the right place.
After watching please watch the next video in the series.
Please consider SUBSCRIBING to my channel for future content.
If you'd like there's two videos further explaining the shot further that are nice to watch.

Understanding the dynamics of the stun run through will totally level up how you address the cue ball with the tip. You did a great job covering the action and timing piece. I learn soo much from your channel, I wish you were my coach!

Yes it's useful. But my favorite shot that I shoot all the time is the kill shot. And hitting low to follow the cue ball. Efren was always my favorite player and he hardly ever hit above center. He got everything from the middle of the cue ball down for the most part. I find myself still doing the same thing. That and using parts of the pocket to manipulate the cue ball. All that being said the stun run through shot is a key shot we all need in our bag. But guys be sure you can hit on the center axis. Any side spin is magnified when using this or just a stun shot. The deflection of the stun shot is why so many Filipino players use low to stun as well. Removing variables will always improve results

Yup you said it. That's basically why I made the third part to this series. Any side you put on the cue ball is magnified. But I think it's been good for me. Gave me an opportunity to bare down get rid of some bad habits that crept in. Very interesting about what you said about the Filipino players preferring the bottom half of the cue ball. I've never heard that before.

What cue are you playing with here? Also the jflower cue?

Between videos my friend Andrew offered to switch out the cue he gave me with this model. He heard my comment that I thought the design was to busy for my eye. This one was less busy. It still had an 11.8mm shaft though. I've since sold this one and bought the Dante 2 which I absolutely love with the 12. 5mm shaft. I also popped off the factory tip anf threw on a Taom Fusion. It's awesome

@@HereAfterBilliards i also thinking about to put a toam fusion tip on my jflower cue. But is it a soft tip? Because my main cue is a kamui brown soft. So i dont want to be a big differents between the tips

Great video, BUT , It's a fire tetrahedron. Oxygen , heat , fuel , and a chemical chain reaction . Not that it matters here, but you're doing well. (Retired FF) and a Shool Pooter...
