I also own a pool equipment repair company, I just don't do cleaning and water treatment. I work for a few different home warranty companies as well and you are pretty damn spot-on. One specific company is terrible at paying the claims out....TO ME! I've submitted my diagnosis, they'll approve it, issue an authorization number, and I'll order the equipment , that I pay for, and complete the job. Upon completion, I'll invoice the home warranty company who is setup on the "NET-30" payment schedule. Now after 45-50 days, they are adjusting MY INVOICES to less money and I have to bombard them with messages, NO CALLS, to get paid. CHW sucks @$$ at holding up their end of the agreement. I'd love to know which one that you enjoy working with.
I was put on suspension because of my claims being denied. I had it great with credit card approval and basically instant payments. Now I’m on net 45 and it’s sucks. Trying to get back on cc payments, any advice?
Hey brotha I just watched one of your vids for cleaning an algae pool and would like to know how you constructed your dolly filter. I've run into quite a few customers that have shit filters and dont have great suction so vacuuming to waste is pain.

Ramadhan Senkondo yes sir. Usually there are numbers or links at the bottom of the websites. Also if you call their contract reaction department you can choose the prompt to apply to become a contractor. If all else fails call the company as if you were a customer and ask them to transfer you. You’ll find the right department. Good luck my man
Hi Ryan, I was watching your video with the Revive, where comments were disabled. How did you vacuum that large pool without the water level going down? My vacuum hooks to my pump and I use the backwash line to the yard. It's impossible to vacuum without losing a few inches. My regular vacuum works normally, but when it gets back, I don't want it going through my pump and I use backwash line. Thanks
Shellie Sager it’s better to do this process with a dolly vac like I did in the video. If you’re doing a vac to waste with your pool you need to do it diligently. Did you already use the revive
@@PoolRescuers No, I just found your video today - shocked my pool earlier with chlorine. I will look into the Revive, as I'm dealing with a skimmer leak and just getting by until I can afford to get it fixed. I don't think a dolly vac is in my budget! Once I get my pool fixed, I'll vacuum regularly, but right now it's a mess on the bottom, so I have to dump, don't want that going through my filter. thank!
Shellie Sager it would be best for a professional to do this for you. In the video I use a dolly vac system where it doesn’t use the pools equipment. The water level will drop. So again in this video after I was done I filled the pool back up so the pool would run properly. I apologize as this was my first video and I left some info out. Depending on your equipment too, this may be very difficult to do with your setup. All great questions you have.
Do you think it's a good idea if the client already has a pool company, to call them and see if they want to meet you at your first warranty inspection to have that united front from the very beginning?
Tim Owens I wouldn’t bring up service unless they do. If they ask, then pitch them. If not, I wouldn’t get used to trying to convert them to your service route.
I think you misunderstood my question. I get a call for warranty, and the client has a service company already. Would you call the service company to see if he wants to meet you out at the clients house.
Yea this videos great the one where you "cleaned" that pool and got it party ready in 48 hours was a load of crap i see why you disabled comments for that one.
creedyfbaby thanks for the comment. Revive works really well. We use it pretty regularly. That probably wasn’t the best pool to film the video but it does work well. If you’re in the industry I encourage you to try it
