Pool tech here. I work for a small business. I’m 1099 and get paid $14 per pool. We service pools M-Th and Friday/Saturday is extra work that we may have come in like big repairs/installs, tile cleans and drains. M-Th is about 60 pools and my days are about 4-6 hours (depends on a lot of things). I’m happy with this pay structure.
I just got my cleaning rig set up and it’s going well. I appreciate all your good advice. I have one question I’ve got a glass tile job coming up in two weeks, and I was hearing allot of guys still use #10 glass beads to to blast the tile but at a lower pressure. What are your thoughts on that. Tom
Extended warranties and insurance are SCAMS. OK, this is what they do: so they hire actuaries, mathematicians, who figure out how to maximize profits, and minimize payouts for claims. They just delay, exclude, and process denials until you give up. That is the insurance industry game. We know this. Why do people keep buying these home warranty scams??
Hey Sam you can add chlorine and acid at the same time preferably you use chlorine tabs but if you need to use liquid chlorine just pour it into the opposite side of the pool from where you pour your acid and make sure you have the system on so water is circulating
68% vs 13. I just bought 15 cases liquid so obviously nothing against it just the fact of storing it is a pain and the bacteria killing effect . while cheaper the fact it takes 2 jugs 3 jugs on a small pool. texas pool boy reppin. most you cali boys dont like it cause your waters already high calcium .
