The level crossing on the pedestrianised high street in Poole Town Centre near the Station in Dorset. It has two full-crossing-width barriers along with four LED wigwags and four LED pedestrian lights. There are also two fairly loud yodalarms here, one of which sounds considerably different than what it sounded like during a previous visit to this level crossing by me.
This video features a fairly long, un-cut lowering at this notorious crossing - often cited as the most misused crossing in the entire country. The trains appear roughly every two minutes - skip to them to watch them pass oe enjoy the clip in real time!
Thanks for watching!
