Thank you for sharing this information. I was self-taught. I do not have a daily regimen and I asked for recommendations on a sci group on Facebook where someone shared this video. I will start having to make time daily for this. I can go for days without emptying and then I get impacted. Can you please send a link to the suppositories and lube you get? I've always used hemmoroid cream for my lube and just used glycerin suppositories. I'm a T8 Complete and have always leaned forward (head rests on my scooter in front of me) and insert from behind. Probably bc I'm female and less risk of fecal matter entering into the vaginal opening. I thank you, again, for sharing this personal matter.
