Holy hell. The theatrical singing along with the little bits of voice acting make this a memorable, and epic experience. It's how I'd imagine Nightmare Before Christmas to be if KoRn was involved in the song writing process. Can't get enough of this.

To me, this sounds like a cross between a villain who’s not only been pushed to the brink by society but also accepted that’s how he’s viewed and a villain who genuinely believes what he’s doing is right.

The old version was like a refined dark gentleman coaxing you to sign away your soul, this is more like an unhinged demon scaring you into signing on the dotted line.... Fucking love it.

Yeah, Jon just maxed out the craziness knob and added another one just to max it out too. And his vocals, HOLY SHIT his vocals. He can use his growls way better than before. The false fold subharmonic right before the second verse is earth shaking. The production here makes it even crazier. Also, how is no one talking about Jon's voice acting? Whenever he shouts in this cover it sounds real, the "SPELLS URSULA, PLEASE!!!" sounds like he's actually in pain and desperation saying that. I wish more people were saying this. Jon, just know that you're a massive inspiration for me, a 15 year old interested in making music. And seeing your growth in this period of time makes me want to keep going despite all obstacles. Thank you.

I love the vocals that almost mirror your Hellfire cover! The deep growling lows, into the softer highs. It makes the song so dynamic, and adds a huge amount of character that really follows Ursla. And gives this song more of a dive (funny joke lol) into insanity right in that very moment. Its a different twist compared to the softer, and more "charming" versions of the song. Amazing cover! Speaking of Hellfire, I would really like a recover of that song. Your cover is one of my favorites of all time it is still amazing 6 years later, and I can only imagine how much crazier and impressive a cover would be with present you!
