This was great to see in action. We just bought a hybrid...a 2007 forest river shamrock 17'....was a super good deal and we need it to be safe while doing our volunteer disaster relief work....but I'm nervous about it so watching anything I can to learn more. We're still basically out of work, only a bit of part time work :/ so need to do stuff as cheaply as possible, but stuff that makes sense, like these. So I'll look at their website. But I appreciate you showing how you left it on because some said they hated them because of having to constantly put them on & take them back off, which i didn't understand and this helped me see how I works just fine :) Thanks a bunch :)
We have them for our Starcraft antiqua hybrid. They make a great difference. Keeps the ac in and heat out and they reverse for cold. Also you keep the bunk canvas top clean
The gekko cover is fine , but i have a better product. I bought Henrys Solar-Flex White Elatomeric roof coating and painted the canvas pop outs on my rockwood roo. Its mildew and stain resistant. When im in lake havasu its 110 f but in my popout bed its 80f and i dont have to set up the gekko. This stuff is great and adds an extra layer of protection for rain. Reply

Hi, it is just reflectix insulation cut to fit into the window panel. I have also seen it done with larger panels that cover the whole ends and sides on the inside but then you need to figure out a way to keep it from falling over onto the bed. Nothing really. If I have to pack up wet then it is the same is if I didn't have them, I just need to put the beds out as soon as I can so everything can dry.
