This may be also an appeal to us (gamers). So many of us played Prince of Persia in different time, and everyone faced Dahaka and we literally died so many times by Dahaka)))) So this may be kinda breaking the fourth wall))) And if we speaking only about ingame story... Who knows if Prince was the first one who tried to change his fate and travelled trough times? Dahaka was created as Kaileena, at the beggining of creation Time itself. And, Kaileena began her preparations to change her faith before Prince. She found out about one day Prince will come to kill her so much earlier than Prince was even born, so... Maybe she was just too smart to play with time travelling. Or too careful. She knew Dahaka will be after her. So she was the one, who was BEFORE Prince, but she didnt "fell" by Dahakas hands. At least in past time, where Prince travelled to find her. At Prince's present, her island and castle is abandoned. So she may been killed by Dahaka before Prince come to an island in his time, as the ingame bad ending shows how Dahaka got Kaileena. So from one side, she was the fallen one by Dahaka or Prince, but survived in the end. Too complcated with this timelines and alternative variations)))) Dahaka may exists in every point of timeline and maybe even beyound timeline, so how many times he catched the intruders of timelines in future, past and present... Is unknown))

@@parkpark8326 I like the idea that there were others who tried changing their fates using the sands of time and were hunted down by the Dahaka. I honestly thought Prince was the only one who changed his fate, but there were clearly others, as seen on that inscription on the wall where the Prince finds out about the wraith mask.

​@@Shay-ne3bo ​ yeah, Prince killed Dahaka after all, of course he was the first one who succeeded with this))) But there is always so many "but". There is must be a new guardian for the timelines. No way Dahaka was the only one and no one will take his place. Someone created Dahaka to protect timelines and a weapon to defeat him. So one day it is possible that NEW Dahaka will be created and come after Prince again. So in such a way, he changed nothing, just bought himself a time. So ironically. (I wonder, why Prince wasnt forced to take his place. If u want to change your fate and even killed Guardian, then you are guardian now and have new fate, genious cliche xD But ubsioft couldnt create new game about Prince if Prince became a New Dahaka) If sands of time are the only way in this universe to travel in time... So no need to create Guardian if sands is unavailable to be used anymore. And if I remembers, Kaileena took the sands power with herself out of universe, so only in this case she changed Prince fate and there is no more Guardians of the time. But what if it always was Kaileenas story and not Princes? What if Kaileena was trapped in this world and searcing for way to escape and Prince was the one who freed her? What if she used him, and wanted him to get her killed? One way or another she creating and releases sands as she always wanted, no matter if Prince or Dahaka kill her or not. This is unchangable point in all alternative of their fate. Maybe Dahaka was created not with the time itself. But only when sands was created. Kaileena probably knew about Water Sword. It is in her own castle. She also could be the one who created Dahaka to protect timelines even from herself as a human form and create a weapon to kill him in case of smth, so this why this sword was hidden in her castle. She literally knew how to kill Dahaka. And interesting point... She hide the water sword in her throne room BEFORE she created sands of time as Prince thought? But when she dies, the sands are escape from herself so they are already created. And the only way to release it - Kaileenas death. And she probably knew that sands of time is the way for Prince to kill her. But she still going to create it (as she said to him). What if she just playing a role about she wants to kill him and survive, but she WANTED SOMEONE TO KILL HER? This why swords curse didnt work at Prince... There was no any curse. Such a smart and strong creation who lived from the beggining of universe creation cannot and could see the future... But cannot 1x1 beat a guy with dagger and sword? What if she knew everything from the very beginning and just played her role in this story, just pretending to kill Prince. What is she never wanted to trully stop Prince?)))
