Jasper Müller you'd be surprised at how little Sinclair is actually involved now. Poppy seems to be pushing the point by adamantly stating in a recent radio interview that he is only her director and everything else is other people's jobs. She also squashed the rumors that her and Sinclair were a couple in a Cosmopolitan Magazine piece. Poppy is more of her own person than many people believe her to be.

It's the new music, it's Poppy's new style and the internet show's net setup and message, this thing is changing skins, I expect Mars Argo to appear soon and sauce things up. Or not at all.

And of course they'll deny the couple rumor, Poppy has computer boy and gains more sex appeal and clout by appearing to be single, so does Titanic, celebrity ploy 101. I believe she's more of her character than her own self, do you know the Stanislavski method? Many actors use it, Daniel Day Lewis in specific, he would live for extreme conditions in the arctic if he would have to do in order, to say, be able to play the part of an eskimo. I think she spent too much time in the igloo and can't break off character that easily, relies more on Sinclair to tell her what information can and cannot be told, how she can outsmart people's expectations, and remain Poppy, pretty much. This is a real well thought out project.

Jasper Müller Poppy has no contract with Sinclair except probably one that he signed with her. Technically he works for her. Poppy's only contracts are the ones she has with Diplo and Mad Decent Records and the fashion companies she models for. It's also believed that Poppy is with Chris Greatti. He's one of her main writing partners and guitarist for Blame Candy. They've been seen together a lot recently and actually had a PDA moment on stage during Poppy's show in LA. Also the person Sinclair was seeing when he and Poppy began to get popular on RU-vid is Emily Wilson. There are Instagram posts that are still on the way back machine showing their relationship. Poppy definitely may have been Sinclair's apprentice at one point but she's grown and matured as an artist. It's good to see they still have a friendship and professional relationship even though the tables seemed to have turned.
