I *really* loved Jane Eyre, but read it as a teenager, so I don't remember much of it. I LOVED "The Help" and one of my daughters said "I saw the movie!" and I tell her, it's NOT THE SAME AS READING THE BOOK! The movie is good, the book is better. Have you read "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn" by Betty Smith? Another must-read, and I should re-read it. I wanted to name my first daughter Francy after the main character. Well, not *really*, but kind of... You know what I mean! I think Katie prefers her name to Francy! ;--o
