Porcelain Tile Cleaning 

It’s expensive

Hi It's not easy to explain but I'll try. There are 2 solutions I use, the cleaning process has 3 steps. Step 1: A special tile cleaning detergent is applied to the floor and allowed 10 -15 mins dwell time to soften ground in dirt. The turbo connects to my cleanco truck powered tile cleaning unit in my van. This machine heats water to around 106 degrees Celsius and preasurises it to around 1000psi. The machine also provides suction. When I pass the turbo heat over the floor the dirt is lifted and sucked away leaving the floor clean and slightly damp. Step 2: Although the floor is now free of dirt, detergent particles remain on the tile surface and in the grout lines. Detergent particles need to be removed as they lock in dirt. This is why you end up with footprints and water stains after you mop. So a rinsing agent is the applied to the floor and again allowed 10-15 mins dwell time to release detergent particles stuck to the floor. When I make another pass with the turbo the hot preasurised water removes these particles and they are sucked away. Step 3: I make another pass with the turbo over the area cleaned to make sure no dirt or detergent residues remain. The end result is a perfectly clean and sanitised floor for you to enjoy.
