The Damn got me Craig. I was cheering for the burnt ends. Then I saw them thick sliced strips and if you know you know, then came the Damn! What a Pork Belly cook. I try several of your mixtures and have not disliked a one. Well I got "inactive cancer" from my main cancer Dr. so it's time to get my but to work. The freezer is full and it's time to get it empty.
