I made pork belly burnt ends for the first time earlier this month. My first thought on tasting was, “Damn! This is one of the best things I have ever eaten! Why haven’t I made this before?” Truly one of the best things to ever come out of a smoker. Darlington, South Carolina

I don’t have a smoker right now so I’ve been having to cook them in the oven lately unfortunately. However, I’ve been adding about a tablespoon of liquid hickory smoke to mustard and use it as a binder. It helps a lot in adding that Smokey flavor to them!

Oh wow!!! That's looks very tasty. I'll it this weekend and report back. I would like to see how you would smoke or fry a duck with a dry or wet marinade. 🤔
