Hi, Sir Vanjo! Just wanna thank you for inspiring me to cook those recipes I've never thought I could ever cook. We lived in HK for almost three years. No mom to cook for me. No sister to help me cooking. In short, I was left alone. But thanks to your recipes (esp. the videos)! I've learned how to cook those Pinoy recipes. Dati, itlog, pritong isda, kanin, siningang, and nilaga lang kaya kong lutuin. Ngayon, ang dami na! Maraming salamat po. 😊👍
Good day, I am a senior citizen and I love watching your recipe everyone my kids want to have a special menu I always search the said menu from you. This pandemic we can't even go out so we always visit my son in Paranaque, he cooked lazana with no bake. 👍 And I ask him how to cook it, he advised to search it from Panlasang Pinoy and I laughed and I said Wow! Member ka ni Sir Vanjo. since my son was married for 3 years and now work from home he knew how to cook their meal. Thank you for sharing your content to us it's a big help.Thank you and stay safe with your family specially your wifey who is very supportive.More power!
Hello po thanks for always sharing your super mga masarap na recipes sa amin mga subscribers niyo.madali at mabilis maintindihan .Some are simple and yet so yummy. I like yor wok ang sarap magluto pag ganuan ang gamit..Watching from UAE...
I have been a fan of your channel when I lived in Baguio 6 years ago at may mga gulay doon na hindi ko alam lutuin masyado, I hope you can feature recipes on Lentils, Zucchini, Asparagus, Water crest, spinach or fresh mushrooms para pagbalik ko ulit doon... confident na ako magluto... mas madali kasi maintindihan pag si Sir Vanjo ang nagtuturo... thanks and more power...
Thanks for the tip, it might work on some. I personally don’t think that the flavors of cinnamon and cloves (part of the 5 spices) works for this particular recipe.

Many thanks tlaga sir. It will help me a lot para lalo ko mapasarap ang aking luto. Stay safe and Godbless sir Vanjo. cheers 🍻
Kaganda talaga ng pagkabuhaghag ng rice niyo lods eh. Halos ganito ako magluto chao fan may giniling at gisa sa sesame oil wala lang hoisin o oyster sauce. Alam na this next time hehe.
@@panlasangpinoy It's actually perfectly in time for breakfast. I'd tried doing this a few times before, but could never get the 'wok cooking' taste just right. But then again, neither are you using high pressure flame, so, it can't be that, either. Until i see you here using ground WHITE, not black, pepper and hoisin sauce, both of which I already have. I have also gone through different varieties of Chinese sausage until I settled on Virginia Pork Mandarin Sausage as it has that distinctly Chinese sausage aroma. One question, though: which rice variety is best for fried rice. Dinorado doesn't seem to cut it; too sticky. Thanks, Chef! always a pleasure learning from you. I'm a much more confident cook now than I ever thought possible...until this pandemic lockdown AND you on YT. I hope you, your wife, and your kids are all well and safe.
I really like this new set up with the ingredients and the recipe and putting the type of stuff on the screen when you’re putting it in Help says they don’t speak Tagalog that good
