Pork schnitzel with a mustard cream sauce 

Pork schnitzel are easy and very tasty, these are great to have lined up for a snack or as part of a main meal. Serve with mashed potato or whatever you like really. If you don't have the sauce on it, make sure you serve it with some lemons so the juice can be put over the pork.
