Pork Vindaloo and Kitcheri  

Pearl's Pork Vindaloo is full of delicious flavours, it's a hot/sour spicy dish that can be eaten with naan bread, chapati or kitchari.

1 Pod Garlic
2 & Half inch Ginger
1 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 & Half Tbls Jerra (Cumin)
2 & half Tbls Rye (Mustard)
1 Ladle Spoon Vinegar
Dry Garam Masala
4-5 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Tsp Pepper Corns
1 Tsp Cloves
Salt to taste
