Hi Wendy. I followed your Pork Vindalho recipe. It turned out so well. While I had to scale down because I made a smaller quantity, I used the exact list of ingredients and marinated overnight. This is easily the best vindalho recipe I have known. Thanks a ton for sharing.

Yes our home also it is cooked in the same manner but we put more of green chilli...and we don't add oil...we add onion directly with meat and onion cooks with the meat fat...
