Fasting with prayer is also a very powerful tool to help starve the flesh and give you more desire for the things of the spirit… you may even have to transition into living a fasted life for a period… praying for you 🙏🏽

Hey brother, it sounds like she's trying to communicate to you that she feels undervalued. They’re saying that the lust issue leading to porn and masturbation doesn’t go away just because you have a spouse to sleep with. There’s something deeper at the root that needs to be dealt with. That’s the point of this video. An addiction forms to the dopamine release and the behavior is used to deal with the feelings stemming from personal issues instead of actually dealing with the issues themselves.

My point is that just because someone is married, doesn’t mean they are “cured” from their desire to watch porn or masturbate or whatever. Having a sex partner doesn’t cure what is really a self-control issue (which is really a symptom of something even deeper than that). A lot of times, getting married and having a sex partner will put a magnifying glass on the issue because if you don’t deal with it while you’re single, it DOES creep into your marriage, and then you have whatever repercussions come from that.
