I have a clonk when accelerating in my 924... I am suspecting CV joint issues.... This is yet another attempt to fix it!

Well, not a mechanic by training. But a mechanic by experience at this point. I know a few people that have worked on my cars haven’t had his skills; of that I’m certain.

Satisfying conclusion to a great series! I thought for sure a 924 would be easier to get parts for, especially in Europe. The underside of that car is shockingly similar to air-cooled vws, from the trans axle to to CV shafts to the brakes and suspension arms. Thanks again for making videos!

One of the joys of modern cameras, being so small you can stick them just about anywhere (including where that one person reading this just said to themselves!) and see what's going on that you can't always see when working on things... :)

@@SeasideGarage You can get tethers that hold onto in case they broke off the mount, basically a bit of steel wire (kind of like a thin bicycle brake cable) with loops crimped at each end to wrap around the camera case and the mount or whatever it's mounted to... :)

Well done on finding the clunk! As a brit I think in MPG, and since 10km/L is 23.5mpg, you should deffo be able to get that sort of figure without any difficulty. I think "round town" I get 25+ and longer journeys are closer to 30.
