Porsche flexing so hard with this presentation. If this car were introduced today it would be excellent and well received. Two models later and they have continued to polish this spectacular machine. What a sports car brand, the best.
Very good introduction with the 997.2. Planning on buying a 2009 soon and this was a well made video explaining the tech behind this masterpiece...thank you.
My fantasy model to have has alwatys been the 991 GT3 RS of the 997 gen. I agree that it is, to a fair extent, it is on par with the 991 GT3, but with the classic hydraulic steering feel 997's are renownede for and rawness of the ultimate GT3 offering of tyhe 997 generation. Additionally the smaller size makes for a really refreshing car; to see proof of this, look no further than the gigantious 991 and 992 gens which have horrendously moved away from their nimble roots. Factors which all make it marginally better than the 'standard' succesive 991 GT3, at least in my humble opinion🙌👏👏
There are many comments on here that suggest the desire for a manual transmission in the Turbo S. Why on earth would anyone desire the much slower and antiquated functions of a manual transmission?
I had a 2012 manual turbo- heavy traffic and over reving made me sell it. I now have a 2012 turbo s with a PDK- love it! But the manual is worth more- who cares
Good cinematography. Good content. Awful delivery, the narrator is awful, sounds terrible and dull. Music is totally overdone. If I wasn’t such a fan of the subject matter, I’d turn it off after 20s
