Can you provide the link to the video to remove air intake from the throttle body? Also is removing the air intake required to replace the coils and plugs?

Can you show or link to what you mean by the 'boot on the ignition coil'? And is yours a turbo engine or the GTS? I've got a Turbo S so I think the part numbers are different. Thanks for the video!

The ignition coil boot is the rubber end of the ignition coil - here's a photo with labels. This particular video is a Cayenne S, has the V8 4.8L non-turbo. www.google.com/search?q=ignition+coil+boot+porsche&sxsrf=ALiCzsYfz26VV-rTR3RTG4zvQwxe5SWAkQ:1671716980304&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi3mZqGr438AhUalnIEHVJmCPEQ_AUoAXoECAEQAw&biw=2560&bih=1297&dpr=1#imgrc=SS3HBtSVakUx-M

@@bofbolts Thanks! So it looks like if you buy new ignition coils, that includes the new rubber boot. My CTTS is 8 years old, but only has 45k miles. Do you think I should also change the ignition coils when doing the spark plugs? Porsche only recommended the spark plugs which surprised me.

@@andrewmedina8831 at that mileage, I would not change them. A big rule of thumb for changing ignition coils is don’t do it unless you have issues (rough idle, poor performance, etc). If all is good I wouldn’t change them personally.
