Couple of things I would like to point out is that you can spec Satin Aurum (Gold) in both the standard wheels and the Magnesium wheels, and the 991.2 GT3 RS 4.0L F6 motor is a new engine derived from the GT3 Cup car (not the same engine found in the previous gen 991.1 GT3 RS).
I appreciate your honest appraisal and the research you have done to make this video. I think you have identified the real world differences between the two generations while reminding us that they are both great cars and the differences are often nuances.
Started watching your channel and saw some of your posts on rennlist. Enjoy it! One other part you didn’t mention was that the weissach package includes carbon fiber suspension bits.
Mexico, Voodoo Blue, Riviera Blue are among the PTS colors, which isn’t available to all allocations/builds... but Miami is non PTS, and can be optioned and cheaper :)

Carlsen is where i got mine too. Awesome on the GT3 man, Riviera Blue is such a beautiful color. I love blue and green but I am leaning toward doing a wrap that is more of a satin carbon.

Hi Sam, how do you think the .1 looks better? The main differences are that the .2 has the naca ducts on the hood and then a lot of slightly large/wider vents, intakes, etc. It looks almost identical.
@@AlexBuysStuff Yea, all of the slightly larger aero bits look cheap to me. It makes the car seem like it has to much plastic on it, although on a black car it is hard to see. I also prefer the bumper of the .1. The only aesthetic part I like more about the .2 is the shape of the fog lights.
@@sammatchett6014 Makes sense to me. The fact that the aero bits are plastic does bother me...i mean they could have easily made it all CF for how much these things cost. But then they want you to spend $30k on extras to make them CF.
I shoulda raced him.... haha. True story though, I've had one guy try to race me so far and he was in a C63 AMG. I let him go first and get ahead...Anyway afterward he wouldn't make eye contact. He literally waved his hand at me like "thanks" but wouldn't even look.
