i like to think that Chell actually died there, and the turrets "singing" was Chell hallucinating as she died, explaining the weird turrets, the fact that she didn't exit into the Aperture Science town, and the burned up Companion Cube somehow coming up right behind her. especially after the 6th TF2 comic.

I just beat the games 3 days ago and I could say is ''This is definitly one of the best games ever made'' I would repeat it in my head as I was speechless with how perfectly the loop is closed for this story

One thing I noticed is that turret that was singing solo when chell entered the room turned off and didin’t turn back on so did I he just decide to use his last remaining power to sing to the women who helped save the facility

She wanted you dead for the longest and lost her humanity since the first game. I almost cried because the song seemed so emotional and sincere which was the exact opposite of GLaDOS

+builttoscalevideos It will make you really cry when you understand the lyrics, even IF Caroline (who GLaDOS used to be) isn't related to Chell, for the two to form such a partnership and for her to rekindle her humanity (it's implied that she pretended to delete Caroline to scare you away). Her song here is one of a mother (in a sense) telling her little girl she loves her, but that she has to go and leave her, as that is what's best for both of them. I gotta go tell my mom I love her now... dammit Valve, this game was so funny, but between this and Wheatley you had to make me cry!

Taylan Epik well...one religion states, that when a person dies, he's lifted up to the heaven, witch looks like an endless wheat field, while angels sing a beautiful song and in the heaven you are with your best friend that died to. so Chell actually got shot by the turrets and died. elevator = lifting up singing angels = turrets wheat field = wheat field best friend = burned companion cube the same thing happened at the end of the movie gladiator + there has been more greek mythology easter eggs in portal 2
