55y old male patient with RUQ dull pain since 2 days.
Ultrasound shows dilated portal vein and splenic vein with no flow by color Doppler ( images A&B video 1) porto_splenic veins thrombosis / acute stage .
After one month anti_coagulant therapy ,Ultrasound shows narrow lumen portal vein ,still no flow ,splenic vein partially recanalized ,collateral vessels in porta_hepatis and GB walls ( images C,D,E video 2 ) / chronic stage .#health #larning #آموزش
