Though I resent the selfies of some Jamaican on utube,acting very very stupidly..Instead of protecting their place or homes,they were putting out blogs,typical now,every soul is looking for veiwers to make money...They might pretend as if ,they are doing these tapes for us,No! You don't have to be hard on him, although I understand you completely. Portland is a noun, and nouns are naming words that refer to a place, thing, person etc. The word Portland must be capitalized at all times.
