I am a middle aged black guy from London who has followed freestyle rap for decades. This is one of the most remarkable things I have seen in the genre. Simple as that. If I was being critical, I could say that the beat is a bit lame and safe, and also that the tone of Chris's voice lacks texture, but that would be missing the point. As regards sheer creativity and "spitting off the top of the dome", this takes some beating. Amazing talent. Thanks for sharing. You are destined for big things.

At this point I'm not even surprised when Chris somehow manages to make up a rap on the spot anymore, he's so incredible the thought of him not being able to do it doesn't even cross my mind. What does, however, surprise me every single time is his breadth of knowledge, he's not like a PhD in everything, but he's got enough of an understanding that he can work clever jokes into the raps based on the inner workings of something for nearly every topic I've heard him use. He's not just thinking of the words people say and working towards something that rhymes with it, he's thinking of the concept people suggest and working towards jokes about the finer details of that concept.

How the fuck does he come up with clever rhymes about unexpected topics in such short time wihout choking? This is unfathomable to me, this level of quick creativity. I wish I could be in his head to see what happens when he performs

Working the crowd from within the crowd is an interesting dynamic. Of course, it didn't knock Chris off his game one bit. He's a true professional.

This is what real freestyling is, and everyone knows for sure In the freestyle era of 2006 there were people spitting writtens and beating people that were freestyling very well (broke my heart). It always bugged me, since I was one of the few people who could consistently know who was freestlying and who wasn't, based on the filler and the planted words If we give the rappers topics though, they are stuck with their natural talent only, and no writtens are allowed or can be used This is the most honest freestyle form
