Journaling in two journals at the same time is one of my personal favorite things to do as well as what I recommend to all of my clients. Why not just one journal? One journal is taking all of your stuff and relocating in to one space. When you allow yourself to use a positive and a negative journal it allows you to be concious in your thoughts.
As with any habit, it is all about being consistent in the practice. While 28 days makes a habit, commit to doing this for at least 5 days in a row....then keep going.
