Positive/Negative Journaling....Why I Recommend Two

Journaling in two journals at the same time is one of my personal favorite things to do as well as what I recommend to all of my clients. Why not just one journal? One journal is taking all of your stuff and relocating in to one space. When you allow yourself to use a positive and a negative journal it allows you to be concious in your thoughts.
As with any habit, it is all about being consistent in the practice. While 28 days makes a habit, commit to doing this for at least 5 days in a row....then keep going.

Thank you. I have 4 journals. Manifestation journal, Gratitude Journal, Positive Journal, Negative Journal. I write in the negative first to dump everything out of my mind. The write in the positive journal to bring me back up. Then end in the Gratitude journal. Leaves me feeling great after a journaling session.

I have t even started my positive journal I’m always in the negative journal 🙄 I have anxiety, PTSD and Health anxiety, most of my day is all negative thoughts 😢

Dump all the negative. Try Countering the negative thoughts by writing down what the positive would be. So you start to retrain your brain
