कुछ लोग वास्तव में इतना अधिक भाते हैं कि लगता है कि यही भगवान हैं उत्तरप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के बाद मुझे पटना वाले खान सर और dr कन्हैया में भगवान नज़र आते हैं मुझे लगता है भारतीयों को गुलाम मानसिकता से बाहर लाने के लिए योगी आदित्यनाथ, खान सर और dr कन्हैया को संयुक्त रूप से काम करना चाहिए। चूंकि इनके लेवल पर यही इनकी जिम्मेदारी बनती है।

@@pratikadahal1170 whatever you can't control just let it go. You can't control your thoughts,so just let it go. If neg thoughts come,face it,tolerate the anxiety,after 10 mins it will automatically fade. But if every time you dispute it,replace it with positive thoughts,it will promote OCD cycle. So just focus on your day to day work with mindfulness. If thoughts come,Don't resist,don’t replace with positive thoughts again & again,dont enteratain it considering a fact. Just let it come & it will automatically pass.

Yes sir mere hasband ko nigetiv thoughts bhut aate hai unhe anxiety ho rhi hai blood pressure ek bar bdh gya tha to unhe lgta hai ke ye hart se related problems hai lekin doctor ne kha ke easa kuch bhi problems nhi hai phir bhi unka man manne ko tyyar hi nhi hai ye bat to kya kre

सर मे कम्पीटिशन एक्जाम कि तैयारी कर रहा हु एक बार मे बैकं एक्जाम कि तैयारी कर रहा था तो मेरी एक दोस्त(लडकी) का फोन आया उसने पुछा तैयारी कैसी चल रही है मैने कहा ठीक है उसने मजाक मे कहा कि एक्जाम हाँल मे कोई सवाल न आये तो मुझे याद कर लेना अब एक्जाम मे मुझे वो ही दिखती है और मेरे हर एक्जाम मे मेरे दिमाग मे घूमने लगती है अब मै किसी भी एक्जाम मे मै पहले.ही डरने लगता हु मुझे उससे प्यार नही है
