I am suffering from OCD of the Worst Imaginary Thoughts for the last nearly 11 years.I heard many speeches of many great people but I could not implement because of Fobia. Aapka bahut bahut dhanyawad sir aapki is bat ne mujhe bahut achha feel krwaya.nahi to 5-6sal se me is problem ko face kr rhi hu.lakh kosiso ke bad bhi apne man ko nahi smjha pa rhi thi.mere man me bhi bahut sare dar or negetive, overthinking ho rhi hai jinko me change krne ke liye kosis kar rhi thi but jitni unko positive lene ki kosis kar rhi thi utna jyada overthinking badh rhi thi or is overthinking ki wajah se aalas badh rha tha but aaj aapne jo btaya wo jarur try krungi mujhe puri ummid hai ki aapka ye tarika mujhe in kalpnik daro or overthinking se bahar la payega.aap aise video or bnao taki hmara confidence jag ske or hme better jindgi jii ske

Useful information. **To feel better reduce negative thoughts. Be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing yourself with others, reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 10-15-20 minutes or more. You can sit or lie down, neck straight and eyes closed. Never meditate with expectations but with awareness. Don’t fight your thoughts. With practice the mind will relax. Keep a reminder to observe your breath sensations throughout the day and night --before sleep, when reading, at work, when sitting in the park etc anywhere-anytime. . Like me, make this a lifetime habit to have a better life. Best wishes--Counsellor.

Dec month k end me mujhe khud k prati negetive though aya ki mai mar jaunga , phir mai us vichar ko analysis karne laga ki ye thought kyo aya, jaise hi analyze karne laga to death related vichar aur ane laga.. Phir mai is vichar ko dabane laga matlab supress karne laga.. jitna supress karta vichar aur jayada alag -alag type ka ane laga... phir na ghar me man lage aur na kaam par man lage... Mind puri tarah se out-of focus ho gaya... aisa lag raha tha ki mai negetive though pattern me trap ho gaya...Ek self hypnotized ki tarah... Mera dhyaan sirf apne hi though par chala tha... Akele rahne se bhi dar lagne laga tha.... Phir you tube par apka video mila... kuch bato ko dharan kar badlav hua hai.. man karta hai CBT course kar lu....
