Many pointed out that the graffiti, carvings, and solved puzzles are actually from the world quest series Khvarena of Good and Evil. I completely forgot about that part from that world quest series which I completed back in Version 3.6. However, the pyro ambiance and the Kory Drum with a pyro marking can be a coincidence and Natlan is already confirmed to be in the west of Sumeru. Hoyoverse might have known what were they doing during that quest's development. It may not be Mount Esus shown in Natlan's teaser, but does look similar. Hopefully, things will improve after this video which was just made for speculation.
And that one place underneath the chasm, they were also right cause rn if you go at the top of it you would automatically get teleported to a river near sumeru entrance
yeah, i was also reading speculations/theory some of them (specifically who have time to explore/resinless) gets it right. though i gotta say i’m not it anymore but it’s so amazing how they were able to figure that out
The “Gate of Zulqarnain” is often associated with the legendary figure Zulqarnain. Zulqarnain is sometimes identified with Alexander the Great or the Persian king Cyrus the Great. According to Islamic tradition, he built a massive wall or barrier to protect people from the tribes of Gog and Magog, who are described as destructive forces. This barrier, known as the Gate of Zulqarnain, is said to be located in a mountainous region,
It's 100% there. We already know Natlan is right next to the desert, plus Hoyo always love to give us a scenic introduction to a new region! I still remember the goosebumps I got when I first saw the plateau 😭
when I go back to the desert 3.6 for a walk, I got goosebump when I found seashells on the oceanid's pilgrimage route, which spoiled the place leading to Fontaine, and I didn't even notice back then when I found it 😢
@@NguyenQuynhAnhA-oz4og eh what where can you find seashells in the desert? That's such a cool detail, reminds me of where I live since you can also find seashells in the ground here
@@mangoman4671 It is in Chemin Oublie (means "Forgotten Path") - a tunnel that connects the Girdle of the Sands to Fontaine's Romaritime Harbor and, welp. There are not exactly "seashells" like the one in Liyue but more like rocks with seashell shape, It also has stone statues of mussels like somes in ruins of Fontaine
this reminds me of the time everyone was waiting for sumeru and we all went to the entrance in the chasm before the update so we'd come back to being in the new region immediately after maintenance ended
I'm gonna find a high spot in the sumeru desert to log off in right before the 5.0 patch. Then in the next login the scenery will have changed dramatically. It's one of my favorite things to do while waiting for the patch.
it definitely seems like it, all the decorations in this cave are really natlan-y and not sumeru-y, and the pyro symbol too ! anyway, only time will tell !
It's strange to think that I felt that this place was strange when it appeared in the game and I finally understand why I had this perception that I couldn't explain at the time 🤔
The puzzles you’ve shown around the area is specifically a puzzle made for the Pari quest line (the flying plant fairies in the northern side of Sumeru) Although I do agree that the possibility of Natlan being through that cave, the evidences you give (aside from the mountain top) are false reasonings. 1. The whole puzzle area you’ve shown us is for and from the World Quest with the Pari 2. The stone formation is not a unique stone formation that can only be seen there. It’s countlessly scattered around the areas of Vourukasha Oasis and perhaps even an old tradition or culture of the Order of the Skeptics (humans that used to follow and work alongside the Pari) 3. The hanging cylinders are hanging lights or hanging elemental lights. Its existence and its creation is also explained by the Pari and its quest. 4. The graffitis on the wall is also tied to the Pari’s story quest line, although it’s more vague and I think it’s suppose to be a stand in or artistic interpretation of the Irminsul tree (check and follow the quest line for more info or clarification because I don’t remember, it’s been a while since I finished everything in Sumeru) Pin this for clarification please
@@OgzKnn okay, there’s no need to say that. Maybe they just don’t have time to do so or prefer the combat gameplay instead of lore dump, and there’s nothing wrong with that
While all this is true, it could still be the primary route to Natlan on foot. Most other places are plain desert and sparsely decorated, so it makes sense to have the players go through here (especially considering there's a teleport waypoint nearby that's granted to every player)
I didn't even consider that area could be connected to Natlan. I just thought it was a cool area with decorations and then proceed to forget all about it after completing the puzzle 🤣
Back when we had an event in that zone I thought of it looking like what I thought Natlan transition could be, so I'm with you, this has to be the entrance
I do still remember this area even after only visiting it once. The puzzle you had to do here was surprisingly involved, I thought it was a neat little area but it didn't really have anything for players to do in after you completed that part of the Pari questline lol
Mr mans really hasent finished sumaru, there was dendrocolous and stuff, plus at 2:28 the pyro icon was for a quest, among other things that you pointed out lol
Idk why but I’m starting to look at genshin as I did when I started the graphics are awesome when I see it on your video and idk why I got the first time player feeling randomly after playing almost consecutively for almost 2 years
Это вполне вероятно, учитывая что в тизере Натлана нам показали наскальные рисунки, а в этой пещере они тоже есть. Плюс украшения, нехарактерные для Сумеру 🤔
That and It's also a hint to solve the puzzle during the Pari World Quest because I just now checked the spot in my game and that Graffiti is gone because I had solved that puzzle.
we're all betting that the first Natlan introduction/entrace in the game is gonna be through this gate/cave, right? and Paimon would be like "oh hey remember that fire puzzles we did in sumeru desert cave thingy? let's check them out!"
Great investigation!! I thought gate of zulqarnain is way to khaenrian lost ruin 😂. They put natlan puzzle, graffiti, culture Easter eggs in 3.6, before fontain released. 😮
I guess the entrance to natlan is near Fontaine, because the last natlan teaser shows a map and one of the parts of the map looks like Fontaine colors (my english is bad, im from Brazil)
Wait, I was in this cave last night. I remember one of the quest is trying to light up those torches (? I use my native language in game setting so I don't know what it caled in english version). This week I'm trying to finish alot of my abandoned Sumeru's Quests (because I've been avoiding motion sickness). Ugh I got nausea just by playing Sumeru area 🤢 Interesting video by the way 👍
Khvarena of Good and Evil, iirc we need to retrieve some kind of drums that has an elemt symbol, this place right here is where we can retrieve the pyro drum.
this area feels very similar to that one cave in the top right of the Chasm that lead up to the Gandharva Ville Statue of the Seven. just a small preview of what’s to come :) - edit i read some comments and i see a few others already said this. whoopsie
8:22 ita not fontaine, its natlan, your information so much wrong in this video while natlan not release yet, same with other some youtuber hype about the map and when release the map the map is different and big, natlan is second biggest map after sumeru in Teyvat, the map teaser show just 30% not 100% the sharp mountain is unreleased map natlan
i viisted this place in 3.6 and immediately when i saw the contrast the trees and the whole area my head screamed natlan!! cuz sure a sheck this is the entrance for natlan also there is a puzzle with diff. elemnts
This fits so well I'd legit be shocked if it isn't true. What I do find an interesting implication though is that if the map is expanded in this section, it leaves quite an area open to the left of Fontaine, and to the north of Natlan. Fontaine's west coast is the last piece of coast that's out of bounds. Seems like a logical place for either a future expansion of either country (or even a combination?), or some other place. Also interesting to add to that is that Fontaine is *not* in the ocean, it is in fact in an inland lake, which also suggests landmass to the west of fontaine.
What if there's an area to the west of Fontaine, North of Natlan, far from Celestia, where one or more Dragon Sovereigns have retreated to, biding their time perhaps?
I thought Nathan would connect to Fontaine because the cryo region is north of mondstsdt so thought we’re going back full circle to connect with fontain to storm terror lair
I don't know but I don't think so, in the travelers' video (the recent one with the sad music) at the end it shows how Lumine and Dainsleif go towards dawn in the desert and that's where they are supposed to enter in Natlan and well obviously they don't show us more because it is a new region.
We've seen what happens to potential paths to other regions, they usually get forgotten or have a different purpose 😂 Like that one road south of liyue harbor that could have led to Sumeru but didn't, or that cave in Sumeru desert tornado area that allegedly led to the next desert area (with Sorush and stuff) but turned out to be the place for a weekly boss. Interesting theory nonetheless, as I myself thought about that too when I was exploring it
Did you not go through all these puzzles during the pari quest ? Thats what the pyro symbol and murals is for . The murals belong to some old sumeru/khaenriah'n tribe it was all in intro to the pari quest. There sure can be a tunnel that connects both regions but sorry to burst ur bubble this one aint it
@@jashnimpact7138 yea it happens lmao but since this was my fave region I spent a lot of time here so I remember. Hope u enjoyed ur little Sherlock moment tho !!
this cave is from a sumeru quest Khvarena of Good and Evil (and all the linked quests to the sceptics') all the grafiffy are hints in the quest, is has no connection to natlan
@@LofiDeacky It’s most likely does not Considering the quest is already finished and done for, never mind the fact that the quest was released right before Fontaine. It’s talks about Egria (the previous hydro archon) death and has not mention of natlan what so ever So the world quest being related to natlan is highly unlikely Idk what you cooking but I recommend you to stop
@@Joe0498 If me telling facts because I did the world quest and their theory was wrong (which btw, that not how you make theories) is harsh I really don’t know what to tell you? Theories need to have some basis and evidence to support that theory, like doing the quest for example. It’s not “who knows-“ because the quest tells you everything you need to know. And the fact that is has no relation to natlan is very much telling.
I mean its obvious that everything there has nothing to truly do with natlan lore/puzzle wise. I just took the info from the video as hoyo potentially teasing our entrance to natlan by placing said puzzles n graffiti right next to it as a little easter egg maybe
God sent His son Jesus to die for our sins on the cross. This was the ultimate expression of God's love for us. Then God raised Jesus from the dead on the third day. Please repent and turn to Jesus and receive Salvation now before it's too late. The end times written about in the Holy Bible are already happening in the world. Jesus loves you so soooo much ❤️ but time is running out.
