I did my AT thru hike in 2023; started 16 Feb and summited on 18 July and had the great pleasure of meeting Jordan aka PigPen and hiking with her several times. This young lady was always and i mean always upbeat, great smile and funny. PigPen, all the best to you. Odin sends.
My wife and I really enjoyed watching your journey this year. Congratulations on your achievement🎉. We would love to see a Q&A with your subscribers sometime soon. Wishing you well with school this fall. Post some updates from time to time.
Congratulations PigPen on your thru hike 🎉 We picked your channel up when you met up with BadBat. Amazing journey you all had so it’s great to see another video from you and also to hear how ultralight isn’t always the best way to go, especially when it sacrifices comfort.
Congratulations again for completing the hike. I love how you showed how you don’t need all the expensive name brand gear and it still works. Great testament.
Great gear review. Very practical and matter of fact of what worked and what didn't. I'm a section hiker and it took a while to figure all this out and less is more. thank you Congrats on finishing your hike-Quite an accomplishment!!! Da breeze
There’s another RU-vidr who goes by Taylor the Nahamsha Hiker who lost a pair of Good’r glasses right around where you found yours. Might be cool for ya’ll to connect. Great hike!
Jordan, you are amazing. I would love to watch the reaction of your freshmen college classmates when you answer well what did you do with your summer before starting college…. Well Thru Hiked the AT & walked about 2200 miles. … what did you guys do BBC after graduating HS??? 😊 Your choice of more less expensive hiking equipment working for you just fine was in lightning. What was your pack weight less or more than 20lbs base & carry weight? And the brand of tent ? What would you change in equipment ?? 😊
Jordan, Pigpen quick question. Looking back on earlier vlogs when you graduated. You were already on trail and went off trail to attend graduation; had you finished your course work early by day January then in February start the AT ??? What does the light blue slash represent??? 😊
Curious about your bear canister. Didn't most hikers use a food bag? Was the 450 the right size? Is using a canister appropriate for the AT since bears are not that big a problem. How many other hikers used canisters. Why did you decide to use one and how did you justify using one the entire hike. Just curious.😊
