It’s depressing that you can’t see Hyrule in peace and refreshed (if you know what I mean) after beating Ganon. I’ve beaten him more than 3 times and I just wish there was more to it. At least botw 2 is coming...
Very disappointing but it makes sense why they made it like that. I imagine that BOTW 2 will kick off right after Ganon is defeated so it'll be closure.
That’s because certain characters initiate the quest. If you haven’t spoken with them, it won’t appear as a shrine quest. When you do find the person and speak with them, it will give you the quest and then immediately mark it as complete if you have finished the shrine.
Look up the Zelda Dungeon BOTW map. It has a ton of options where you can search for specific things, like shrines, koroks, monsters, etc. one at a time. You can click on them to get more information, too. :)
Another option is to use the hero’s path on the map. This should give you a good idea of completely unexplored areas on the map. I found many Hinox, Talus, Lynel this way
Just started watching Austin John Plays and have to admit, I like his structuring on videos case and point the breakdown of the video at the beginning. Might just be me but that makes me decide if I am gonna watch or not, some crappy commentators on YT. AJP is not one of those crappy commentators.
Whenever I look something up for this game, this is one of the only channels that actually helps, other channels either shoe you where something is, or defeats an enemy without explanation, keep it up

Excellent video... I searched forever just trying to find a freeze frame of a map showing the location of these mini-bosses for the medals and it was ridiculous how many people claim to show you this information but fail miserably but not Austin John Plays...he always takes the time to upload quality videos that are actually informative...thank you brother!!!
Taluses are the easiest bosses even when given elemental affinity. It must suck to be a boss with your only method of attack is able to be stopped by something the player has infinite of.
Why's it always that such great channels have such a small amount of subs? Keep up the good work, Austin. That whistle-running glitch helps me out a lot, especially when escaping the red ground attack thing from the yiga swordsman.
Does anyone else have the problem where Kilton says you have killed 38 stone taluses even though you know you have all of them complete because the number he says isn't red its white?
I finally got my switch this year and started playing botw. Awesome videos, even the small things like including the song names from the video in the tip left corner as they start. You re really doing it right man. Keep up the good work. You just earned yourself a subscriber.
Mine was on The Great Plateau, I was trying to grab some Hylian Shrooms near a pile of boulders and then the boulders started to move. I panicked and ran away

I routinely raid the castle for high powered weapons during early play. I have the HARDEST time with the stone Talus inside the castle area because his weak spot was so low. It never dawned on me to use a spear!!! That’s a game changer!!! I was trying to use my Stone Crusher on him and it’s nearly impossible to hit the weak spot. Thank you so much for this video.
I gone to oseira plains and was fighting the skeleton hinox and a took his eye pushed it off the cliff hit it a bunch brought it back (still alive) and I found the hinox at full life with a new eye when I got closer his life dropped fully and disappeared
In the original NES LoZ, I found every secret by using Nintendo Power magazines, where a huge unfoldable map was my guide. Ever since, I've loved open world adventure using a map. The one that came with the Twilight Princess was cloth, and just cool to see but useless in the end lol
Why can't we have more classical melodies from the Legend of Zelda series in BotW? I mean cheers for the Hyrule Castle but the tiny tiny amount while on Hyrule field? Your videos are nice that I get to hear the tunes while seeing botw. It's great. Anyhow, I noticed a tons of people have a tons of Lynel weapons on their inventory, me? I have a singled handed elemental sword and spear always in my inventory. Not necessarily thunder due to our one Link's divine beast abilities. I would suggest it. It's actually pretty easy to keep some in your inventory, as I am getting a lot from shrines with buffs on them.
Also What is affected by that star of killing ganon in the game? Is that when the white/silver monsters start appearing? I killed ganon, thinking it would be too hard and I would die, and it was surprisingly easy, and I really wasn't done with the memories and beasts. I just did for the hey of it, while looking for the Hylian shield and super exploring the castle. I regard the difficulty of trying to finding plan blue and red Lynels now, I had only beat two Lynels, and now it seems like they are all silver. I wish they had not all changed to Silver.
turn on your sheika sensor to find treasure chests, because ancient arrows are in there. just save then until you see the Lynels and the flying guardians. You should have more then enough to defeat them. You should be just fine.

Question I have the dlc and got the of the wild set for beating all the shrines but my loading screen shows 120 shrines even though the dlc has 4 extra with spirit orbs (that I completed) do the dlc shrines show on the loading screen

you can move it what you do is go in special items click on it/ tap on it and it will say are you sure you want to move this? and press yes and it will go to where you are standing
