Post Office scandal: ex-boss "concerned" about Horizon IT system

Former Post Office Limited chief financial officer Chris Day told the Horizon IT Inquiry he understood problems with the Horizon system had been addressed around the time he joined the organisation in August 2011, and was "not unduly concerned" about them at the time.
Mr Day was shown an email from the company's product and branch accounting division head Rod Ismay, sent in September 2011, concerning Horizon's integrity. The email included a report Mr Ismay had prepared in 2010, and encouraged Mr Day to read it

Imagine working with these people. Must have been horrific. The whole PO organisational culture is absolutely the pits. This guy comes across as smug and arrogant and not used to being questioned by anyone ever. Someone who only stands behind good stuff, but never any of the bad stuff. Horrendous
