Please define Cage rested. What kind of time frame are we talking about? We have an enclosure on our front landing so we can let her outside to do her business without having to walk around. She's a 5 month Beagle mix and every time she sees someone she wants to jump at them so this will be our way to help control that while still letting her out to go to the bathroom.
my dog was spayed this morning and i honestly feel so bad :( i don’t think i was prepared enough for it. i think i should have waited until i had everything i needed. i really feel like a bad parent now. she tried to walk up our stairs and when i tried stopping her she laid down at the bottom of the stairs and when she finally moved there was a puddle of pee there. i’ve been stressing for the past hour. i just don’t think i’ve helped her at all.
We are on day 3 …. I will be so happy for my Weimaraner when her ‘cone of shame’ can come off! She is a very energetic puppy usually … she’s doing so well!
My westie got spayed three days ago. She hasn’t been eating ever since. She drinks a lot of water though and is quite active, wagging her tail etc. but she’s been throwing up a lot of bile. She got Carporal 40mg tablets from the vet, but due to excessive throwing up I don’t think it’s working and her stomach seems irritated and she’s been shaking/shivering. I’m taking her to the emergency clinic now 😔

My dog got spay when I was in the waiting room I heard my dog scream out twice as if someone hurt her the tech came out and said my Pomeranian bit her but the others lady that ran out the back room looked like she was in shocked about what was going on everytime I reach down to my dog she gets scared and pulls back how do I know if someone was miss handling her? Plus she had pee all over her back legs my dog will not bite unless your being mean to her not only that tech had her on the leash my dog came running to me I picked her up without her biting or screaming?? When I see the doctor I’ll bring it to her attention but i’m just trying to figure out what exactly happened. One lady said they were pulling out the catheter. Then the other lady came out and said Pomeranian bit her which is kind of suspicious
Omg 😭 that's what happened to my dog too she was screaming and the vat assistant went to get some medicine. My guess is she woke up in the middle of the surgery, I was so heartbroken and so scared for my dog
@@natalyababiyy they spayded her while in heat and I didn't know that causes alot more bleeding plus they didn't rap her correctly she did get back to the vet and she is just fine .. but she went through wat more than she deserved because of there lack of communication
Peter Nickname Change your vet. What vet in his or her right mind would give a vaccination shot(s) during/after a surgery?It says right on the label, only vaccinate a healthy animal. Never get bullied into vaccines after a major medical procedure. Their bodies are working to heal, then on top of a vaccine the immune system is compromised. I hope your dog recovered.
I wish vets would tell clients about ALL the possible side effects of a spay. I recently had my 12 month old Redbone coonhound spayed. She had her first heat in November. She was spayed on 1-4-2023. Before the spay she was becoming a calm adult dog. After the spay she reverted back to her adolescent naughty dog phase. The difference was dramatic. I only hope she outgrows it. I always had male dogs and never noticed this with them after neutering. It makes me feel sick and I wish I could turn back time , I would NEVER had spayed her. Think twice and do your research before you make the same mistake. They tell you it prevents mammary cancer but don't tell you it INCREASES the incidence of osteosarcoma, hemangiosarcoma, and kidney cancer. Guess vets don't want to lose that spay income.
I'm so upset but idk what or how to do. I don't know how or what happen I happen so fast I can't understand WHY? WHY? I was watching her scar was clean Her gums were pink she died in her sleep. I'm going crazy.
@@jackierodriguez7373 I haven't found out yet they are checking her blood history I never thought I'd lose her so soon. I'm hurting. I hope if you feel like something wrong go see vet right away better safe the sorry like me she went too fast. I'm so sad.
