I am so excited for you! I went through a big change about a year ago and I gained so much weight and have not been making good health and fitness choices. I feel more settled now and just started being more intentional a week ago. Starting off slow moving my body 30 mins too! Glad to be on this journey of health and wellness again! Rooting for ya 🎉🎉
