Mannnnnnnnnn was that sooooo sooooooo sooooooooo goood. You targeted my problem areas i appreciated the shoulder roll yummmmmmy.....and that neck stretch while on our forearms....just (as i deeply inhale and exhale slowly) delicious💚💚💚💚💚💫
I was feeling pretty sore from my workouts this past week and this yoga practice was a gem. Definitely hit all the sore spots especially in the hips and hamstrings. Thanks for sharing your practice and thank you for providing a diverse variety of yoga stretches to your channel.

This was lovely. I did your Six String Sun Salutation practice first then followed with this yummy stretch. Yoga is so much more than just exercise for me - I now feel relaxed, refreshed and in a positive frame of mind to face the day. Thank you so much.
Having practiced off and on, taught off and on since 12 years old, I'm coming around to keeping fitness at fitness and yoga being the gentle, restoring and healing it always was ....thank you , these bite size practices are the best ever!

Thank you Erin, for your videos. They are awesome. I wanted to ask you is it possible to post a video for ppl who start to workout after a recovery period. I used to workout everyday 1 hour. But It is 2 months I haven't worked out that regularly, so my muscles are so stiff and hard to get into working out again.
