Hey, ya'll! Today's video is a 10 MINUTE POST-WORKOUT YOGA STRETCH. It's important to stretch after working out because of lactic acid buildup. Lactic acid is what makes your muscles sore and stretching helps to reduce that. Stretching also keeps your muscles malleable and flexible, which helps to reduce the chances of injury. Overall, stretching can assist you with a quicker recovery and help you to be back to yourself faster. I tried to keep the poses fairly simple, so be sure to modify if you need to. Also, I'm trying new things with my camera and setup so let me know what you think. I'm still learning and getting used to everything so be patient with me.
