@@gloopdogg1145 koliko god mogu da dižu u nebesa sve pojedini isto toliko vi možete vi da pokušavate da ih osporite, apsolutno urnebesna kombinacija oba ekstrema na skali idiotluka. Glupiste ko kurac.
He needs to change the team ASAP. They just don't have minimum respect to him in Miami... he needs to play way more, on a constant basis... much worse players get much more chance all over the league, not just in Miami...it is just a shame how many franchises disrespect players from Europe and systematically destroy them. For Christ sake he would get more from playing in euroleague on a constant bases, where he would get much more minutes. Euro players (except centers) > don't come to the fucking nba. Be smart and stay in Europe. In the nba they have more important agenda, to develop their Jaimes and Cains, apperently. Hopefully Nikola Topic would stay in Europe and develop his skils there.
why are you crying?. Niko as of now is under player development phase under miami. Bam average 6 points and barely play his rookie year, his second year he started playin he averaged 9 points and look at him now. the team believe that Nikola is a future star player, that includes pat, spo and jimmy. they treating him as a baby of the tram that needs proper guidance to reach his full potential. be patient
@@mons1955yeah... sure... people who are systematically destroying foreign talent have those kind of explanations and justification: "player development phase/process" those are the nice words that describes young player not playing... "we are developing him, so that he can be ready and better on the filed, when (some day) he gets playing minutes" ...oooooh give me a break, will you. Thats biggest bullshit there is, clasical salesman speach. Don't sell me bullshit - I would say. You can't develop a player if he doesn't play... period. Player learn through his experience and mistakes in the filed, there is nothing that can replace game minutes in players development. Everybody knows that. Dont give me those amateur explanations. How come that Jaime isnt going through that kind of "development" proces but gets shit load of minutes from the start... Its not that Miami would loose much if they get more minutes to youngsters, they have a bad record so far, with their oldest players playing majority of minutes. They didnt develop anybody but Jaime last couple of years. Nik has way higher ceiling and is far more talented and promising. That "be patient" narative is for dumb people... he isnt getting minutes for his season and a half in Miami as he shuld and that is the bottom line. Also majority of his minutes was in the 5 and 4... even though he is small forward by nature, so they are missing his possition, they are not developing him the right way. If a payer don't get minutes - he can't develop, period. So thank you Miami for all you have done with Niko so far, now let him go and let someone else (who can clearly do a better job) appreceate his presence better then you did so far.
@@milansilic8024 You answer your question already, Jaime and herro doesn't go in that phase because they actually "Play" in practice. and that's when they evaluate their players. rotation, chemistry and others outside of stat sheet. Vincent ang Strus been sideline for 2 years before they inserted in the rotation.
