I actually invested in comfy (yet kinda dressy) nursing tops this time around. I had never bought anything nursing, because I just pulled my shirt down or up, but I have been loving the loose fit ruffled nursing tops. Super convenient, and I feel more confident nursing in public...which is a huge milestone for this mama. 🙌❤❤❤

I just had my 4th baby and my #1 recommendation is adult diapers and the depends silhouette have been my favorite. I had never used these before this postpartum experience and they were such a game changer. So comfortable and gets the job done. I typically use cloth and had not used disposable "period products" in years so I was nervous about them but they have made life so easy right now while I focus on new baby. ❤

Yes! Loved the message behind this video. I think we have the exact same post partum favorites! Haha! The Frida Mom Peri Bottle was something I got for my most recent PP, and I LOVED it. I also love all of the Earth Mama products...they are gentle on mama, yet still work amazing. 🙌❤
The pero bottle from the hospital, pads and disposal, adult diapers for times when I don’t want any leaks -These were very helpful for when I had to go back and forth from home and the NICU. I don’t need padsicles and sprays. But I do need a non-constipating iron supplement (like Floradix)
Floradix is great! I’ve used it with a couple of pregnancies and postpartum. Great point about if you have a NICU babe and you’re going back and forth a lot! I could see how depends would be fantastic!
