Here is a realistic day of eating, I hope you have an amazing weekend!
Cottage cheese flat bread - Preheat the oven to 350F degrees
2 cups cottage cheese
4 large eggs
Salt & pepper (optional)
Seasonings (optional)
Place the cottage cheese and eggs in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the parchment paper and spread out, add seasonings.
Bake for 45 minutes until firm and golden brown color. (I didn't cook mine long enough lol!)
